Ti Kaye Resort and Spa is seeking to fill the following vacant positions:
GROUNDSKEEPER
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Preparing soil, planting flowers, bushes, hedges, or shrubs
Maintaining all gardens by planting, fertilizing, weeding, soil conditioning, mulching and applying pesticides
Operating landscaping equipment, such as weed eaters, chain saws (and other small power tools)
Removes unwanted or unhealthy plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as downed limbs
Removes trash and other debris from outdoor areas
Valid driver’s licence would be a plus




INVENTORY CLERK/ INTERN
Requirements:
Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods
Some budgeting and basic accounting skills
Word processing, clerical and/or office skills
Other requirements:
Some budgeting and basic accounting skills
Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Teamwork
Ability to Work Under Pressure
Previous experience in the role is a plus




MARKETING ASSISTANT/ INTERN
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
Undertaking administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination of the department’s activities
Updating spreadsheets, databases and inventories
Assisting the Manager with organizing promotional events and production of digital campaigns
Communicating directly with clients when deemed necessary by the department’s Manager
Supporting the Sales and Marketing Manager in organizing various departmental events/ projects
Requirements and Skills:
Proven experience as a marketing assistant and familiarity with InnQuest RoomMaster would be a plus
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications
Exquisite communication and people skills
