Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited produces bank notes and payment systems, passports and passport issuing systems, lottery tickets and electronic lottery games, postage stamps, securities certificates, shareholder communications, and other high security documents and related issuing systems. The Company markets its products to government agencies and authorities, as well as to institutional and other customers in more than 40 countries.
The company manages the St. Lucia National Lottery in the island of St. Lucia, through its wholly owned subsidiary CBN St. Lucia Inc.




MARKETING MANAGER
What will you do?
As a senior member of the team, you will report to the General Manager and will guide and coordinate the activities of the marketing department. You will develop strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans to expand the Lottery’s presence and image in St. Lucia and will work closely with our customers to identify opportunities and strengthen advertising, communication and promotional plans. This is an opportunity for your management skills to shine as you provide guidance and mentoring to our agents and other members of the sales and marketing team. A strong sense of self-motivation, innovation, hands-on involvement and creativity are required personality traits.
What will help you succeed?
A degree in Marketing plus five (5) years of work-related experience demonstrating successes achieved in fast moving retail goods and services is required, as are advanced time management skills, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills in English and a proven ability to lead.
