Experienced Chef & cooks required
Candidate Profile:
  • Someone with passion to cook with fresh quality ingredients.
  • Has significant exposure to a variety of different commercial kitchens

Desired Experience:

  • Work with small team of 3-4 local chefs.
  • To ensure that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of Hygiene, Health & Safety for all staff and customers.
  • To ensure that all dishes are presented to the highest standard
  • Significant experience of working in a commercial kitchen.
  • Up to date knowledge of local food trends and culinary techniques.
  • Stock checking and making sure all food is labelled.
Qualifications Education High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience Prior experience in a professional Food & Beverage outlet
