Lead Agent Development & Retention Officer
We are recruiting an experienced, business savvy, goal focused and hardworking Lead Agent Development & Retention Officer to provide professional, strategic, and technical support in development and retention of Agents. Most importantly while leading and supporting effective staff and customer relationships.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
First Degree in Business preferable in Marketing, Management or Economics
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a business development capacity
Relevant experience of three (3) years in a Retail/Corporate Sales or Marketing environment with heavy customer interface/experience
Minimum of five  years’ of work experience in a similar capacity may be considered in the absence of formal degree
Formal training in Customer Service and ability to deliver high level or service
Certificate in Computer Applications
Account Management Experience will be an asset
Expert knowledge of local area business networks and location
Expert knowledge of customer base and proficient in market analysis
Ability to analyze mathematical data
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point
Dynamic report-writing and presentation skills
Sound verbal, written and listening communications
Able to self-manage effectively and supervise others
Supervision of Agent Development & Retention Officers
Able to communicate your enthusiasm and belief
Extravert and excellent inter-personal relationship skills
Good time management.
Flexible with working schedule
Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
