Suitable candidates are needed to join our dynamic IT Department, for the position of Global Field Support Technician Level II.
The Global Field Support Tech Level II contributes to the success of the IT Services Delivery/Support.
- Responsibilities entail, providing support function by installing, supporting, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting the hardware and software pertaining to one or more of the company’s voice, data and desktop technology platforms.
- The individual must demonstrate a proficient understanding of at least one technology platform (voice, data, desktop) and can easily perform Level I problem determination on the platform.
- The position relies on a strong technical aptitude and sound judgment to accomplish goals. The function is expected to perform a variety of tasks concurrently.
