Position: Executive Steward
Position Summary:
Executive Steward overseas staff responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen(s) or any other food preparation areas. Assists in cleaning food preparation areas or equipment as needed. Ensures compliance with all food safety regulations.



As a team leader, it is important for this professional to effectively communicate deliverables and both positive and negative feedback to employees. Additionally, an executive steward must possess the ability to inspire her team to provide top notch customer service at all times.
Should also possess the following SKAs:
Ability to work well in a high pressure environment;
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company;
Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments;
Excellent organizational and planning skills;
Proven work experience as an Executive Chief Steward/Chief Steward at a luxury hotel property;
Compensation:
Compensation will be influenced by the successful candidate’s qualification, experience and skill.
