Guardsman St. Lucia – Security Officers

Prospective job candidates must meet the following job requirements:
- Must be able bodied
- Must be competent in reading and writing
- Must possess a pleasant disposition conducive to the delivery of good customer service while providing the client with safety and protection.
- Must understand the importance of being neatly dressed
- Must be able to work without direct supervision
- Must be able to maintain high levels of concentration for extended periods of time
- Must present a valid certificate of character, and be willing to undergo the Company’s security vetting process
- Must be able to manage flexible work hours consisting of 8 and 12 hour shifts
Training will be provided according to Guardsman St. Lucia standards.
