Customer Service Delivery Driver

The Customer Service Delivery Driver will be responsible for the accurate co-ordination of sales and deliveries to customers, in an effective and efficient manner. The Customer Service Delivery Driver will be accountable to the operations department and should be methodical in planning and executing delivery routes as well as updating all deliveries in real time.

Key Responsibilities
-Ensure all deliveries and pick-ups are executed in an efficient manner
-Update delivery systems
-Ensure prompt deposit of sales expenditure and update P.O.S in real time
-Promote excellent customer relations
-Maintain an organized paper trail of all deliveries made 
-Maintain log on delivery equipment and ensure tools are well maintained and serviced for use
