We are currently recruiting more Market Research Officers and are seeking people who are Bilingual in English and Spanish or any other preferred languages. As an MRO your responsibilities included but are not limited to:

· Market research conducted by surfing the web, accessing Duty Free Industry, travel related products.

· Responding promptly and accurately to research enquiries from associate group and customer inquiries related to DF industry products.

· Tasks assigned by the phone/email and to provide necessary timely response/ support through “Internet Based Market Research”

Qualifications:

· Must be fluent in Spanish

· Must have Call-Centre experience

· Four O Level’s including English, Maths and Spanish/French.

· Must have strong communication skills.

· Good reading/comprehension skills.

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Microsoft Office experience is an asset.

· Punctuality/ discipline is a must.

· A team player

· Sales and customer service experience is an asset.
