Purpose Of The Role:
- To lead the marketing, branding and commercial thrust of the business. You will be asked to plan, direct & coordinate designated Marketing Programmes to ensure commercial and brand goals or objectives are accomplished within a prescribed timeframe and funding. You will determine timeframe and funding limitations, establish work plan and staffing and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel with the Commercial Manager
- You will build solid, respected working relationships with stakeholders supporting programmes and initiatives. You will confer with Product Specialists, Retail and Customer Service to provide technical advice to resolve problems and grow the customer base and profitability
- You will communicate proposed programmes through the approvals process, monitor progress against objectives set, produce a monthly report and generally improve the programme process
Qualifications/Technical skills:
- BSc in Business, Marketing, Advertising a related discipline
Experience
- At least three (3) years working in a marketing environment
