JOB DESCRIPTION
Operations Assistant
Ensure smooth functionality of the office environment with a focus on achieving optimal sales performance. Identify operational risks, opportunities for improvement and growth, and suggest solutions where possible. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase overall efficiency and performance. Should possess innate critical thinking ability and excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional business acumen.
General Responsibilities
Work closely with the Operations Manager (Consultant) to oversee and execute daily business operations through implementation of SOPs
Work closely with CEO for administrative coordination of the office
Ensure that company policies and procedures are adhered to in providing office management support
Take initiative in liaising with different departments to improve performance and overall efficiency
Show active interest in Industry trends and keep abreast of consumer market activity
Any other duties as needed in keeping with provision of operational and administrative support
Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a business work environment is preferred; at least three years
First Degree or Associates Degree with relevant professional experience
Ability to manage basic daily operational finance SOPs e.g. Petty cash
Administrative duties at an executive level to support CEO
More than a functional working knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
Ability to update social media platforms
Technologically savvy
Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills
