Entry Requirements- Minimum 2 years experience of working in the hospitality industry
- Successful completion of training in the hospitality industry, certificate of training is a must
- Within the age of 26 to 30 years
- Must reside in the district of Gros Islet (Candidates who reside in Marisule, Bois D’Orange, Monchy, Rodney Bay, Beausejour and Bonne Terre will be preferred)
- Must be able to work long / flexible hoursSkill Requirements
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work not only independently and take initiative, but also as a team.
- Must be able to take directives from superiors
- Must have vast knowledge of standard cocktail making; inclusive of proper glassware and garnish usage
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
2. Waitress
