Bank of Saint Lucia - Sales Executive
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Market and drive the sales of EC Global Insurance’s products and services
  • Identify opportunities for growth in the Company’s client portfolio
  • Achieve weekly and/or monthly assigned sales targets
  • Ensure optimal customer service is provided
  • Interview prospective clients to obtain data about their needs, the physical condition of property to be insured, and to discuss any existing coverage
  • Inspect property, examining its general conditions, type of construction, age and other characteristics to decide if it is a good insurance risk
  • Review applications and related documents for insurance coverage to determine acceptability
  • Prepare quotations for potential customers
  • Assist with recommending new products and services that meet the changing demand of client’s needs
  • Assist clients with challenges or questions regarding their policies
  • Assist and liaise with underwriters on the inspection of risks to be insured
Qualifications/Experience Required
  • Diploma in Business or related field
  • Professional certification in insurance/Insurance sales license
  • Minimum two (2) years relevant experience in working in the Insurance Industry or similar sales environment
  • Intermediate computer skills/knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
