As a Customer Service & Sales Representative you will be responsible for customer acquisition and driving client base growth. This position involves calling potential clients, screen applications, and explain the company’s products. Must be energetic, well‐spoken, and eager to generate and increase revenue. You will deliver legendary customer service to all customers by ensuring they experience efficient and courteous service that exceeds their expectations.
- (Explain the Company’s products, current promotions, and processes to clients
- Qualify customers and process applications
- Provide post‐sale support
- Participate in sales development activities
- Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
- Respond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiries
Work Hours: 9:30‐ 5:30 pm Monday‐Friday and 9:00‐1:00 on Saturday
Qualifications/Traits: How You Will Spend Your Time:
- Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Performance & Target driven
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
