- Spa managerial experience
- Written and compositional skills
- Strong interpersonal, networking and sales skills
- Excellent decision making skills with the ability to work independently without supervision
- Qualified Spa Therapist
- Qualified Aesthetician a bonus
- Qualifications in cosmetology and hairdressing a nonus
- Prior Caribbean experience in a luxury hotel environment
