Agostini Insurance Brokers (St. Lucia) Ltd. is seeking an individual who is customer-oriented, positive, and driven team player to join their team of dedicated staff in providing excellent service as a Junior Relationship Officer attached to the Employee Benefit Division.




Qualifications/Abilities:
Minimum qualifications: 8 CSEC passes with grades 1 or 2 or its equivalent
Insurance Certification is preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Medical/Life insurance field
Sound knowledge of Financial Services regulations, current industry trends and procedure
Excellent written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Office tools
Excellent negotiating skills and Analytical abilities
Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
Enthusiastic attitude, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, self-motivated, creative, and innovative
Principal Responsibilities:
Claims negotiation and administration for both individuals and corporate clients
Preparation of insurance summaries and reports for clients
Assisting the General Manager in any relevant aspect of providing broking and risk management services to clients
Maintaining policy files and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions
Advising both corporate and individual clients in all areas related to their insurance portfolios




Additional Requirements:
A clean Police Record
Fully Vaccinated for Covid-19
Remuneration:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
