LOYALTY & TRAVEL CONCIERGE
CORE FUNCTIONS
This individual will be accountable for the preparation and execution of the Sandals Select program on resort for returning guests, as well as, directing first-time guests to enroll in the Sandals Select Guest (SSG) program. He/she organizes and executes events exclusively for SSG and ensures standards are fully maintained for the program. He/she assists guests and books future vacations where needed in the absence of Loyalty and Travel consultant.
A. Specific Knowledge & Skills Required
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and orally;
- Basic Computer Skills;
- Problem Solving and Decision Making;
- Social Skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Checking, Examining and Recording; Complete understanding of company’s product, processes, operating platforms and applications;
- Excellent Customer Service / Service Excellence Skills;
- Ability to focus on details and quality;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
B. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Management or related field Strong customer service background
