LOYALTY & TRAVEL CONSULTANT
CORE FUNCTIONS
This individual is accountable for securing future bookings for returning and new guests. He/she interacts and develops relationships with guests in order to highlight features and benefits of the Booking and Sandals Select program and ultimately enroll new members.
A. Specific Knowledge & Skills Required
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and orally;
  • Must possess basic computer skills;
  • Problem solving and decision making;
  • Possess strong Social Skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Should be thorough in checking, examining and recording information;  Complete understanding of company’s product, processes, operating platforms and applications;
  • Excellent Customer Service / Service Excellence Skills;
  • Ability to focus on details and quality;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
B. Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Management or related field  Strong customer service background
