LOYALTY & TRAVEL CONSULTANT
CORE FUNCTIONS
This individual is accountable for securing future bookings for returning and new guests. He/she interacts and develops relationships with guests in order to highlight features and benefits of the Booking and Sandals Select program and ultimately enroll new members.
A. Specific Knowledge & Skills Required
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and orally;
- Must possess basic computer skills;
- Problem solving and decision making;
- Possess strong Social Skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Should be thorough in checking, examining and recording information; Complete understanding of company’s product, processes, operating platforms and applications;
- Excellent Customer Service / Service Excellence Skills;
- Ability to focus on details and quality;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
B. Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s in Management or related field Strong customer service background
