Pelletizer Operator
Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd. is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support
plant operations through the safe and efficient operation of palletizing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate palletizing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Stack and prepare finished products on pallets according to company
standards.
• Inspect finished pallets for accuracy and stability.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues when identified.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with loading and movement of pallets when required.

Qualifications & Experience
• High school education or equivalent would be an asset.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or production would be
an asset.
• Experience operating production or warehouse equipment would be an asset.
Training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge would be an asset.

Working Conditions
May require shift work, extended hours, weekend shifts, and physical activity including lifting, standing, and repetitive movement.
