Job requirements:

Detail oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and organization.

Knowledge of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals.

Applicant must have knowledge of carpet and flooring care, preventive and periodic maintenance.

Five years’ experience in a similar position.

Ability to communicate effectively.

Must be able to flexible hours as required.

Ability to work efficiently without supervision.

Able to work with pets.
