We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team in Soufrière! We are an intimate, friendly and hardworking team who have been running this 28-room resort for 5 years. The ideal candidate will possess strong massage and body treatment skills, alongside a warm and professional approach to guest care.

Perform a variety of massage therapies and body treatments to a high professional standard.

Deliver facials and other spa treatments in accordance with established protocols.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas.

Ensure all spa equipment and products are used correctly and maintained properly.

Provide personalized recommendations for treatments and retail products.

Create a relaxing, welcoming and professional experience for all guests.

Certified Spa Therapist with recognized training and qualifications.

Proven experience in a hotel or resort spa environment preferred.

Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare.

Excellent communication and guest service skills.

Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
