HR Performance and Development Senior Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated, analytical, and people-focused HR Performance and Development Senior Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about employee development, coaching, performance metrics, and building a culture of accountability and excellence.
The HR Performance and Development Manager will play a critical role in strengthening our performance culture.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s performance management framework.
Monitoring employee performance and assisting Managers and Leads in setting clear, measurable performance goals.
Providing coaching, guidance, and tools to managers and employees to improve performance outcomes.
Analyzing performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for development.
Coordinating probationary and annual performance reviews, ensuring timelines and standards are met.
Supporting training, upskilling, and development activities aligned with performance needs.
Ensuring documentation and performance records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with HR policies.
Working closely with leadership to address performance-related issues and develop improvement plans.
Supporting employee recognition initiatives and high-performance reward programs.
Qualifications & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who brings both HR knowledge and a passion for people development.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably with performance management exposure.
Strong understanding of performance management tools, KPIs, and evaluation methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to coach employees and provide constructive feedback.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (an asset).
