Maintenance Technician

Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support plant operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
  • Assist with installation and testing of equipment.
  • Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
  • Support compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond to emergency or after-hours maintenance issues when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Technical certificate, diploma, or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment would be an asset.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
  • Valid driver’s license would be an asset.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to work shifts or on-call when required
  • Commitment to safety standards

Working Conditions

May require shift work, weekend work, on-call availability, and physical activity in an industrial environment.
