Trade Development Officer (TDO)

Are you a proactive and results-driven sales professional with a keen eye for identifying
opportunities in the market? Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd. is seeking a Trade Development
Officer to develop new business opportunities, expand distribution and strengthen execution
across the trade.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and secure new accounts and business opportunities.
• Drive product distribution, sales growth and visibility within assigned territories.
• Conduct regular trade assessments and monitor market and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with Customer Development Agreements, promotions and
merchandising standards.
• Monitor company-owned chillers and sales equipment within the trade and address non
compliance.
• Maintain effective customer relationships and make recommendations to improve trade
execution.

Qualifications & Experience
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or a related
field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in sales, trade development or a similar role.
• Experience within the beverage or retail industry would be an asset.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Computer literate.

Working Conditions
Field-based role requiring regular visits to customer locations and travel throughout assigned
territories. Flexibility to work outside of normal working hours may be required.
