CAREER OPPORTUNITY
TECHNICAL SALES &
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Saint Lucia | Strategic Data Infrastructure | Caribbean Growth
ARCHITECTED. SOURCED. DEPLOYED. CaribSys is building the resilient data backbone Caribbean
enterprises need - and we want a self-starter with the drive to help us win.
Our Journey: Built for the Caribbean: CaribSys Ltd. was created to close a real regional gap.
Enterprise-grade infrastructure may be easy to specify on paper, but sourcing, deploying, and supporting it across island markets requires a different kind of partner: one that understands global engineering standards and Caribbean realities.
We bridge Global enterprise standards with Caribbean logistics. We do not simply ship hardware; we architect high-performance data ecosystems designed for resilience. From scale-out storage and air-gapped archival to high-speed network fabric, media systems, and workflow automation, our mission is to bring world-class reliability to island infrastructure - engineered globally and supported locally.
The Opportunity: We are looking for the commercial leader who will help write the next chapter of that journey. Based in Saint Lucia, the Technical Sales & Business Development Manager will open strategic accounts, develop long-term partnerships, and turn complex infrastructure needs into well-qualified opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone who creates momentum without being chased, earns trust in the boardroom, engages credibly with technical teams, and carries an opportunity from first conversation through close and expansion.
What You Will Take to Market
- Turnkey, high-capacity data-storage environments, including scale-out solutions.
- Air-gapped, immutable archival and long-term data-protection systems.
- High-performance network infrastructure, including low-latency fabric.
- Media asset management, workflow automation, and infrastructure for data-intensive operations.
- End-to-end solution design, sourcing, deployment, and local support aligned with global enterprise
standards.
