Plant Operations Manager

Are you a skilled maintenance and operations professional ready to lead in a dynamic
manufacturing environment? Blue Waters St. Lucia Ltd. is seeking a Plant Operations
Manager to drive equipment performance, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety
and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance using Maximo or similar CMMS.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and implement FIFO practices.
• Generate reports on mechanical efficiency, OEE, and GMP compliance.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Suppliers to support operational goals.
• Support internal and external audit readiness and continuous improvement
initiatives.

Performance Indicators
• Mechanical Efficiency & Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Preventive Maintenance Completion Rate
• GMP Compliance & Audit Scores
• Inventory Accuracy & Stock Availability

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or
equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years in maintenance or production within the beverage/manufacturing
industry.
• Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS and inventory control systems.
• Certifications in maintenance planning or inventory management are an asset.

• Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Inventory & Stores Management
• Technical knowledge of motors, controllers, and circuits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Maximo
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and safety awareness

Working Conditions
• May require extended hours or weekend shifts.
• Use of PPE and physical activity (lifting, climbing, standing).
