Windward & Leeward Brewery Limited - Export Sales Executive
Summary
Reporting to the Commercial Director, this key position is responsible for development of the assigned WLBL portfolio (beer, malt, CSD and energy) in key selected markets throughout CARICOM providing support in creating a new Route To Market or reinforcing the existing one.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
  • Development of Brand Plans in conjunction with America’s Export Manager and Commercial Director
  • Brand Plan activation per market and key selected accounts
  • Coaching and guiding distributors on implementing of respective plans
  • Effective execution of channel activation initiatives, visibility materials etc
Sales Execution
  • Route To Market definition and provision of support in development
  • Distributor management including negotiating and communicating new launches
  • Lead and communicate with stakeholders on brand positioning, skus, pricing etc
  • Focus on Sales Execution in the targeted channels and agreed outlets pr market with America’s Export Manager and distributor
  • Analyse new and existing distributors and make recommendations
Customer Service
  • Development and maintenance of professional business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Scheduled visits to be agreed with America’s Export Manager with a minimum of one (10 visit per month with pre-determined objectives for each visit
Pricing
  • Input into development of Pricing strategy by territory and brand
Communication & Relationship Building
  • Collaborate and communicate with all key internal parties to ensure success
  • Collaborate and communicate with agreed external stakeholder
  • Build and maintain strong distributor relationships
Qualifications & Experience
  • At minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. A Masters in Business Administration would be an asset
  • A proven track record in Trade Marketing at a supervisory level or as Sales or Brand Manager
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak Spanish would be an asset
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Negotiation and Presentation skills
