Windward and Leeward Brewery Limited - Jr. Technical Support Specialist - 1 Year Agreement
Role:
  • To maintain, administer and monitor the technical environment to include systems, network, telecom in order to ensure maximum system up-time and minimal disruption to the business.
Department:
  • Finance
Qualification:
  • Associate Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Maintenance or related field
  • Certifications preferred but not required (MCSA, A+, CCNA)
  • Workstation operation systems and applications including Microsoft Office, and Client system base applications and etc
  • Exposure to MS Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
  • Fundamental Knowledge of networking
Experience:
  • 1 - 3 years of Hands-on Technical Experience is a must
  • Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, peripherals in a network environment
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure equipment
  • Supporting users in the use of commonly used application software, including, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
  • Evaluating and resolving computer and system problems including application and hardware problems
  • Supporting 100+ User Based environment
  • Supporting Remote User Base via phone & electronically
Competencies:
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphases on Excel and Word
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
