Windjammer Landing Villa Beach Resort - Office Coordinator
A vacancy exists for the position of Office Coordinator in the Food and Beverage Department.
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing the following duties among others:
Responsible for the smooth operation of the Food and Beverage Department.
Intercepting all incoming calls for the Director and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, screening them diplomatically.
Assist with implementing of Food and Beverage Policies policies, practices and procedures.
Ensure employee compliance with Resort policies.
Provides menus for functions and banquets.
Perform other related duties assigned form time to time.
Applicants must possess:
A sound academic background with knowledge of computer operations in the following programs: (Microsoft: Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Publisher).
A passion for people and administration and exceeding their expectations
Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
Sound judgment and decision making ability
Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in an organized manner.
Minimum 1 year experience in Administration/Human Resource.
