A CAREER OPPORTUNITY EXISTS FOR THE POSITION OF ACTIVITIES & ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR
Windjammer Landing, a 4.5-star luxury Resort, is seeking dynamic personnel to join our Guest Services team. Successful candidates will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all resort activities and entertainment programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES (among others):
Host daily activities programs for all age groups
Plans, coordinates, and instructs specific classes, events, and activities, including special events and holiday programs
Monitors recreational activity and fitness areas and equipment to ensure compliance with Resort rules, regulations, and hygiene standards
Assist in the development and implementation of new and exciting activities and programs
Maintain inventory and records of guest participation

The ability to work independently and utilize a high degree of initiative
Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly motivated professional with a passion for delivering service excellence
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
Ability to recognize and assess an emergency and initiate appropriate action
Basic Information Technology / computer literacy
Able to work various shifts and on weekends and holidays
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
CXC certificates in Mathematics and English are preferred
CPR / First Aid certification is desirable
