Spice Travel & Tours is looking for a competent Administrative Clerk to help with the organization and running of the daily Administrative operations of the Company.
The ideal candidate must be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
Perform basic bookkeeping
Data entry into spreadsheets or accounting software
Assist senior accounting personnel with any tasks within the accounting department
Answer and direct telephone calls
Perform receptionist duties when needed
Assist with any other assignments as directed by the Administration Manager
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal relations
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Working knowledge of basic accounting
Attention to detail
Ability to multi-task effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Must be able to work alone and as part of a team
Must maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure




Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Proven experience of at least 2 years as an Administrative Clerk or similar position
