A leading cleaning Company in St. Lucia is searching for reliable persons to join their team. The successful candidates will be required to provide world class sanitation services to various businesses around the island.
Sanitation Technicians
Job requirements:
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
- Climb short step ladder
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and the ability work independently
- Great Time Management skills
- Basic reading and writing skills
Duties include:
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors
- Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces
- Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request
- Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris
- Notify management of any repairs required
- Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions properly
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Inform necessary persons of all unsanitary situations which may arise that are beyond your reach of rectifying
