VACANCY - RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Real Foods Inc., the franchise holder for the KFC brand in St. Lucia, is looking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor for its growing operations.
The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Restaurant Team and ensuring adherence to food safety standards and product quality and availability, while providing adequate coaching and training for team members, ensuring they remain motivated. Duties include but are not limited to:
Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained, all equipment is in working order, and all cash handling procedures are followed
Driving customer satisfaction in meeting service time standards
Verifying the delivery of quantity and quality of goods provided by vendors to the restaurant
Controlling daily operations in the restaurant and ensuring operational focus and execution
Proactively resolving store-level employee relations activities and disputes, with assistance from the Restaurant General Manager and the Human Resources Manager.
Assists as necessary within the restaurant operations, especially during rush periods to sustain efficiency.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
At least an Associate degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
Computer literacy - competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale software, with the ability to learn new applications.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Restaurant environment - Must be able to work on feet for extended periods
Must be able to withstand changes in temperature
