Loyalty Player Specialist
CAGE St. Lucia is seeking a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position of Loyalty Player Specialist, according to the following criteria:
Provide reward and support services; responsible for the administrative, operational, and analytical aspects of the Loyalty program. Assist in engagement and retention to drive game play. Maintain and support effective staff and relationships with players and agents. Provide excellent service to players and agents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the Loyalty team in planning and execution of loyalty program elements that are designed to retain and engage CAGE St. Lucia Loyalty Club patrons.
Prepare program reporting and distribution of reports to key stakeholders.
Evaluate performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
Serve as a liaison for patrons and establishments to resolve questions and issues.
Assist and recommend in the design process.
Manage inventory related to signage and promotional material.
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
Associates degree or diploma in Marketing or related field
Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
Experience of analytical techniques in a context of loyalty programs and or direct marketing
Certificate in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to remain flexible and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Experience working with iOS and mobile device management software preferred
Customer service savvy
