Grow Resources Inc., a division of US based lease management software and services pioneer, Property Works, is actively recruiting Bookkeeping Specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform weekly/monthly review, coding, and publishing of invoices/bills in cloud-based platform for a portfolio of clients.
Manage the monthly close process including reconciling all transactions, accrual JEs and generating financial statements for clients.
Prepare sales invoices on a weekly/monthly basis for a portfolio of clients.
Set-up payments to vendors on a weekly/monthly basis for a portfolio of clients.
For all clients, refresh bank feeds in QBO/Xero or obtain and upload bank statements to QBO/Xero if bank feed is not operational. Compare bank statement to QBO/Xero bank feed to confirm accuracy on a periodic basis.
Manage payroll setup and weekly submission including quarterly 941 reporting.
Skills and Experience:
A Bachelors Degree in Accounts or Finance
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in Bookkeeping
Ideally certified in QBO and Xero or proven experience working with these software applications
Strong communicator - able to write and speak in English simply and clearly
The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work within a team and be a self-starter
Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement
Can provide a commitment of 2 year and seeking to grow with us and in their career
