Looking for a passionate and creative Chef/Cook to join our full-service breakfast and brunch restaurant.

Responsibilities
• Cook a variety of Caribbean foods (Asian cuisine a plus)
• Cook food in a timely manner
• Lead and coach team members
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Monitor food stock
• Experiment with recipes and suggest changes
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
• Ensue work area is clean at all times
Requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques
• Leadership skills
• A positive attitude
• A passion for customer service
• Excellent time management abilities
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
Experience
• Worked in the culinary field for at least 2 years
