1: Customer Care Representative- Laundry service Operations

Summary of the position: To provide strong support to our existing team, to work independently and efficiently providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers laundry service requirements are met. To assist the establishment in processing and manage all customer service orders, invoices & records in a timely manner to ensure a balanced report at the end of the shift.

• Strong office management skills

• Strong accounting background; Bookkeeping, receivables, financial management

• Advanced computer skills; working knowledge in Micro soft office suites to include social media. Working knowledge in Point of sales system; Quick books Point of sales systems and accounting program would be an advantage.

• Must be honest & responsible.

• High school education or formal education in related field.

Must be flexible in executing various tasks of a commercial laundry operation as necessary. Must must be Skilled in ironing all types of garments professionally, which includes formal ladies and gents wear, wedding garments.

Vacancy 2: Cafeteria server Job Summary: The successful candidate must be able to work independently and must have the skills to successfully operate and manage the Cafeteria retail area serving specialty cakes, breads and pastries, snacks, hot and cold beverages and to create healthy smoothies, This role is also responsible to provide excellent customer service, and assist with catering and events, ensuring overall clean upkeep of the serving area consistently maintaining health and safety standards. To process all customer orders and inventory to achieve a balance report at the end of the shift.

Knowledge/ skills/ education required.

High school education

Strong interpersonal skills-

Must be able to obtain a valid health card.

Advance computer skills, practical knowledge in point of sales program would be a plus

Hands on experience in similar environment would be an advantage

Strong sales ability to promote menu offerings
