Responsible for all aspects of guest care internally during stay, assisting in all areas of hotel and continual
improvement of skills through training and practice. Is instrumental to achieve our goal in providing the highest

professional standards in Butler Service to our guests and thus exceeding the guest expectation.
Specific Requirements/Duties of the Position Include:
 Well groomed, clean and pleasant, reports to duty on time and Takes note of information, updates and
instruction by the Head Butler. Carries out duties that may be assigned to him from time to time by his
superiors.

 Reports upon departure of guests to the Head Butler/Supervisor the all preferred wishes of the guest in
order to update the guest profile.
 Maintains the stock of mini-fridge supplies and refills daily and informs Room Service regarding the
charges to relevant rooms and informs Housekeeping of all rooms that require service.
 Records all the guest requirements in the logbook such as items and time of preferred services.
 Acts promptly and professionally on guest needs, abides strictly to the established operating procedures
and ensures the privacy of our guests and families as well as respects culture and sense of place.

Qualifications and Experience:
 High School Diploma.
 Minimum of three year’s work experience in a similar position.
 Computer literate.
 Excellent Customer service skills.
 Ability to communicate both verbally and orally.
