MACHINIST VACANCY

The machinist must be able to operate machining tools to produce precise parts. He will be responsible for fabricating, modifying or repairing mechanical objects, therefore must have strong knowledge of mechanics, machining, metallic properties and some math. Safety in the machine shop is of utmost importance and it requires intense precision and high attention to detail.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must be 20+ years of age

Must possess 2 + years of professional shop (or equivalent ex. technical programs) experience

Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing processes

Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position

TEMPORARY FILING CLERK VACANCY

Seeking a temporary filing clerk who will be responsible for accurately maintaining and filing information and other paperwork both manually and digitally. Specific duties for this position may include re-filing documents accurately and scanning stored documents accurately. A strong attention to detail is essential in implementing a filing coding system.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2+ years of experience with filing systems and records conversions/scanning (paper to electronic) preferably from a legal or medical filing background

Basic knowledge of computer applications and office equipment.

Purge and box closed files to be sent to storage

Solid organizational & analytical as well as good verbal and written skills.
