St. Lucia Planned Parenthood Association - Executive Director
Scope and Responsibilities
- To manage and coordinate all activities of SLPPA
- Responsible for effective administration of association
- To prepare briefs and reports defining project progress, problems and solutions regarding strategic plan of the association - Work Programme budget - Annual Reports & Programmatic & Financial Audit for submission to Board of Directors adn IPPF/WHR together with any other donors
- Liaise with Board of Directors of SLPPA through by-monthly meetings or as required in the relation to the activities of the association
- Recruit, train, supervise and monitor the compliment of staff as necessary
- Seek funding through proposal writing to suitable donors
- have a basic knowledge of Acconts
- Attend and participate in local, regional and international meetings/activities including those on weekends
Qualifications/Requirements
- A degree in Management or in any other related discipline
- Qualifications in Programme Management
- Approximately five to eight (5 - 8) years experience at management level
- A health background would be an asset
