Sol Group - Operations Supervisor
The requirements for this position include, but are not limited to, responsibility for the local distribution operations including receipt, storage and distribution of packed and bulk products by road transport to customer or to subsidiary depots, maintenance of all retail, commercial, marine and LPG customer assets, installation of LPG bulk facilities, fueling logistics to the depot and day-to-day assistance with construction projects.
Ideally, a first degree or higher, national diploma in a technical subject area with greater than five (5) years relevant experience at supervisory level within a distribution operation. A basic knowledge of industrial HSSE requirements, excellent, and effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; and proficiency in Microsoft Office are definite requirements. Requirements also include demonstrated professionalism, integrity, reliability, passion and teamwork, and the ability to manage flawlessly multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
