Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service Representative
Department: Sales
Report To: Shop Supervisor/Team Lead
JOB SUMMARY
To deliver a high level of customer service experience to all customers in accordance with company standards
To assist in achieving, with excellence, the operational objective of the assigned store; under the guidance of the Store Supervisors/Team Lead



PERSON SPECIFICATION
Understanding and awareness of sales and customer service practices
Enthusiastic, articulate, friendly and energetic
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player and the ability to perform independent of direct supervision
Endurance of physical demands of the job
Ability to work 8 hours shifts that falls between 8am to 9pm including evening and weekends
Experience of/or ability to handle cash and operate a computer (basic knowledge sufficient).



QUALIFICATIONS
Must have completed secondary school, with minimum of 5 CXC subject including Mathematics and English with grades 2 and above.
Previous retail, warehouse, sales and/or hospitality experience a major plus Foreign Language will be an asset.
COMPENSATION
The remuneration and benefit package will be based on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
