Sandals Resorts International - Human Resources Manager - St. Lucia
The Human Resources Manger will support the General Manager to deliver expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR activities. Activities include efficient administration and management of the function to ensure Team Member engagement, consistent administration of HR programmes and policies, and compliance with statutory requirements to achieve departmental objectives.
Specific Knowledge & Skills Required:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to effectively implement standards HR Policies and Procedures
- Must have knowledge of local labour laws
- Excellent knowledge of dispute resolution
- Solid organizational and team building skills
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders
- Ability to flexible with work schedule with a possible 5 or 6 day work weeks
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- A minimum of three years in an HR leadership role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications including Office, Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity with HR Information systems
