SGD Engineering Services Company is seeking suitably qualified individuals to fill the position of Sales Executive
The selected individual will be responsible for the sales of products and services around St. Lucia. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone, and personal contact, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences when necessary.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Individual MUST own a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s licence
At least 1-2 years of proven work experience as a sales executive or similar role.
Ability to Identify new potential clients, by cold calling, development of leads by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients, or through personal and professional networking.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
To maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.
Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.
Able to meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Fast learner and passion for sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Completion of diploma or Associated degree with Business studies from Sir Arthur Lewis Com. College or similar qualification
