A demonstrated track record in the development and implementation of strategic business and human resources objectives within a complex, multi-location organization.
A minimum of 7 years’s sound business experience in Human Resources Management, including compensation and benefits administration, a thorough knowledge of regional Labour Legislation and previous experience advising management on Industrial Relations matters and on custom practice and solid negotiation skills.
Previous experience directing and managing the recruitment and selection process, and the capacity to train line managers in interviewing and assessment procedures.
Reporting and management of human resources metrics - producing reports on Key metrics, including remuneration and benefits, absenteeism and turnover.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Business Management
- Sound knowledge of labour legislation and of industrial relations principles, collective bargaining procedures and negotiation
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills and a high proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
- Confidence, professionalism and solid presentation skills
- Previous IR experience
