Boslil Bank Limited is looking to fill the role of Risk Supervisor
The Risk Supervisor will monitor and report on the effectiveness of controls in the management of the organizations
risk exposure whilst implementing controls to protect the organization from risks. The holder will also resolve compliance issues and advise the business on rules and controls.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish and monitor the risk management framework for Boslil Bank Limited and its subsidiaries.
Conduct risk assessments to understand risk level,
significance, and scope
Monitor risk exposure limits in line with the company’s risk appetite and regulatory stipulations.
Assist in identifying, quantifying, monitoring, and
mitigating market (interest rate, currency and equity
price) and credit risk across all asset classes.
Assess the liquidity and funds under management in
relation to internal liquidity risk management policies and procedures as well as stipulated regulatory
Conduct research on economic, regulatory and industry specific risks within the domestic and international business environment and reporting such
findings to management.
Assess the financial risk embedded in new products
or initiatives being developed by the company.
Assess counterparty exposure and enhance existing
framework to analyse the financial viability and credit
worthiness of counterparties
Develop and maintain procedures and practices for
the risk management activities of the organization.
Oversee the process of designing/adapting and monitoring the risk management policies, standards, and
techniques of the organization.
Evaluate the efficiency of all internal controls surrounding the risk function and recommend improvement of those controls as it necessary .
Draft, modify and implement company policies
throughout the group.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or
outside of the organization as well as evolving best
practices in risk control.
Ensure that all employees are thoroughly updated
about the organization’s risk policies, regulations, and

A First Degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.
Additional professional qualification will be an advantage – Financial Risk Manager/Certified Risk
Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Banking, Risk Management,
or comparable professional practice.
A strong knowledge of capital market operations
