Rain Forest Sky Rides St. Lucia – General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review all operational procedures and ensure that best practices of the industry: Quality service and organization standards
- Review our product offering and ensure that it is competitive
- Review our preventative and corrective maintenance status
- Review and ensure that the operating success and staff efficiency is optimal
- Review Financial stability of the company according to guidelines
- Responsible for the implementation of the conservation/educational programs and management of all community, banking and government relationships
- Maintain the company in good standing with all counterparts: by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, management team and employees; and ensuring ethical business practices
- Work and collaborate with the management team
- Other duties related to the position

- Maintenance Management – ensuring quality preventative maintenance and a safe operating environment

- Strong Marketing leadership
- Bachelor’s degree or other related experience with at least five (5) years of experience at a senior level
