Associates and Experienced Associates: persons who have completed their undergraduate degree with Upper Second Class Honors or above and have gained 1-3 years of experience in the field of external audit with a recognized professional services firm.

Senior Associates: applicants must have trained with a recognized accounting firm and should possess a professional designation (ACA. ACCA or CPA). Candidates should have between 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience, which should include 1 to 2 years of experience as an Audit Senior in a professional services firm. Strong IT skills are essential.

Managers: in addition to the above requirements for a Senior Associate, candidates for Manager positions should possess 1 to 2 years of experience at that level or in a similar role.
