FOR THE POSITION OF
PRC OWNER LIAISON
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry or a Customer Service environment will be an asset.
Associate degree in Hospitality.
Applicants must possess excellent communication skills.
Be self-directive and able to work independently on own initiative.
Being able to work and maintain calm under stressful situations.
Possess self-confidence and be highly self-motivated
Must be highly organized, yet flexible
Must be analytical, with problem solving skills.
Possess strong inter-personal skills
Must be computer literate.
Respond to various owners’ complaints, issues and enquiries
Follow-up to ensure all owner complaints and queries were resolved
Liaise with Sales and Marketing department on issues regarding in-house guests
Assist in the preparation and distribution of Newsletter.
