Position: Parts Inventory Attendant
REQUIREMENT FOR THE POSITION:
Correctly identify parts in catalogs and jobbers
Create and edit items to update Parts Database
Assist technical team with parts queries and options
Allocate parts to Work Orders
Produce and update reports as requested by management
Provide an efficient tool and equipment dispensary
Advice Service Department on necessary/suggested services, parts and costs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have general automotive and/or inventory management experience
Average to above-average computer skills and proficiency
Excellent customer service and communication skills
A positive attitude, self-starter with a professional outlook
Valid driver's license would be an asset
Experience in Quickbooks would be an asset
